    • For Names: Please keep the name under 10 characters. If the name is too long, you can opt for a nickname OR initials.
    • For Quotes: Please keep the quote under 6 words, and each word under 10 characters.

  • Order Summary

    Below is the summary of your requested order, showing the ESTIMATED PRICE. The FINAL PRICE, which includes the shipping fee and may include DEDUCTIONS and ADDITIONS, will be in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL that you will receive after submitting this request.

    Below are the recommended courier options for your area. If you prefer to use another courier, please choose "Other" and specify the courier. I will confirm if your chosen courier is suitable in the confirmation email.

  • Expected lead time* for orders are as follows: 

    • Small goods: 5 to 10 WORKING days
    • Medium goods: 10 to 15 WORKING days
    • Large goods: 20 to 25 WORKING days

    *This also depends on your queue in the list of confirmed commissions.

    Delivery time depends on the choice of courier.

  • Terms and Conditions

    ORDER REQUEST FORM

    • The ORDER REQUEST FORM is NOT yet an official agreement of a commission with By Lora Marie. Therefore, By Lora Marie does not enter an obligation to deliver a commission through the ORDER REQUEST FORM.
    • The ESTIMATED PRICE is NOT the FINAL PRICE. The FINAL PRICE is only given in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL that the client receives after submitting the ORDER REQUEST FORM. 

    COMMISSION

    • The client must approve the TENTATIVE DESIGN sent with the CONFIRMATION EMAIL before a commission can proceed.
    • After approving the TENATIVE DESIGN, requests for major changes or additions in the design afterwards will incur additional fees, depending on the request.
    • All products are HANDCRAFTED, from the cutting, the stitching to the stamping and the polishing. Please do not proceed with the order if you have expectations of machine-made quality.

    PAYMENT PROCESS

    • Once the client approves the design, a NON-REFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT of 50% of the FINAL PRICE must be made to initiate the commission. The commission will only proceed when the DOWNPAYMENT is received. 
    • COMPLETE PAYMENT of the FINAL PRICE must be made on or before the agreed-upon DAY OF SHIPMENT. The product will not be shipped until COMPLETE PAYMENT is received.
