    By registering for tutoring sessions with Bally's Tutor Professionals, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    All sessions are conducted online via Zoom (unless otherwise stated and agreed upon), and it is the responsibility of the student/parent to ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.

     Fees are to be paid before the 1st of each month to secure the schedule for the upcoming month. Failure to pay on time may result in the loss of the reserved time slot.

     If a session cannot be attended, the parent or student must notify the tutor at least 6 hours in advance.

     Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

     If the tutor needs to reschedule, adequate notice will be given, and a make-up session will be arranged.

     Students are expected to attend sessions regularly, be punctual, and come prepared. Continued disruptive behavior may result in termination of tutoring services.

     

    Cancellation Policy

     

    Cancellations must be communicated via phone or WhatsApp at least 6 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with proper notice will be rescheduled based on mutual availability. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 6 hours' notice) will be counted as a paid session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
