We are excited that you are ready to receive products for your students so they can come to school fresh and ready to learn; to have hope and dignity.

Step 1 - Fill out the registration form.

Step 2 - Please print out the confirmation of registration screen for your records, you will also receive a confirmation email.

Step 3 - We will contact you when your application has been approved.

Step 4 - Once accepted, you will receive an email informing you that you have been accepted.

Please check all and agree to the Giving the Basics Terms and Conditions
Applicant understands that the school will not be accepted into the Giving the Basics’ program until Giving the Basics has determined that it meets the program’s eligibility criteria, and that Giving the Basics may request additional documentation or information to make such determination.
Applicant agrees to provide true, accurate and complete information and that they will promptly notify Giving the Basics if there are any changes to the information provided in this form.
Applicant agrees to distribute all products received through the Giving the Basics program directly to students in need pursuant a determination by school personnel, at no cost or obligation to such students.
Applicant agrees that, upon the quest of Giving the Basics, it will submit testimonials from the Superintendents, nurses, counselors, and students who receive Giving the Basics products on how the hygiene items benefit the clients.
Applicant agrees to offer the personal care hygiene items to students as needed and agrees to NOT put the items in a hygiene kits or pre-packaged give away.
Applicant understands that Giving the Basics may request documentation or statistical information relating to your school’s distribution of products received through this program, and you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests for such documentation.
Applicant understands and agrees that your school’s continued participation in the Giving the Basics program is subject to the continued acceptance of Giving the Basics in its sole discretion, and that Giving the Basics may terminate your school’s participation or revise the program at any time with or without cause.
Applicant understands that Giving the Basics does not guarantee any type or amount of donations will be provided to your school.
Applicant understands and agrees that all products provided by Giving the Basics are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind and with all risks assumed by the recipient.
Applicant acknowledges that they are an authorized personnel for their organization and understands that entering their name below constitutes a legal signature confirming that they acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
