The following are the terms and conditions for Rental Items.
Rent Payment
All rent payments will be added to your monthly office bill.
Delivery and Pick-up
Customer agrees to Pick-Up and Return items to RE/MAX Legends.
Customer Responsibility
All rental items shall be returned in the same condition as they were rented. Tablecloths must be washed, dried and folded. If tablecloths are returned dirty, customer agrees to an additional cleaning fee of $15.
In case of damage, a separate assessment shall be made for its repairs or replacement. In case of damage, Customer shall be responsible for an additional cost of the damage incurred except as otherwise damage due to causes of ordinary wear and tear. Customer shall not sublease the rented items to anyone or use the said items in an illegal manner or for illegal purpose.
Replacement Cost
Customer agrees to the following replacement costs of items if they are not returned, or returned damaged
Tablecloths - $150 each
RE/MAX Balloon - $450
Step and Repeat Backdrop - $300
Shimmer Backdrop - $750
Marquee Letters - $3,000
Customer Acknowledgment
Customer acknowledges and certifies that they understand the contents of this agreement. They have had a sufficient opportunity to ask for clarifications which are unclear in this agreement and have been satisfied by the response given to them by the Company representative. By signing this agreement, they agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein as well as bound to the rules of the applicable state and federal laws.
Customer Authorization
By signing below, I authorize RE/MAX Legends to charge my credit card on file with the office for the replacement cost of my rented items, in the event of damage or loss.
