The application requires uploading a PDF with the following information:
- Itemized budget for event including a detailed advertising budget
- Marketing plan and timeline
- List of Board of Directors and/or Advisory Board Publicity clippings and printed materials from previous year
- Verification of 501 (c3) status
- Event sponsorship packages/levels
- List of confirmed sponsors
