We are excited to have another event at Piedmont Park in downtown Atlanta on Sunday August 27th from 10-5. Fill out the form below if you're interested in being a Vendor. Booth Space is 10'x10'. This information will be used on our website and event forms. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible. Once approved you will receive a payment link to finalize your booth space. THANK YOU!

Applications are accepted through August 18th or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance at this event. We reserve the right to refuse any application. ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE OUTDOORS and power is limited at this venue so sign up ASAP.

Healthy Taste Atlanta Hours are 10-5, We ask you to have your booth open and ready by 10:00, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged. Do you agree to that?
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Plant Based Requirements
All items sold, sampled and otherwise distributed must be plant based/vegan (no meat, eggs, dairy, fish, whey, isinglass (a kind of gelatin obtained from fish), shells or any other animal derived product). All products must be cruelty-free (not tested on animals).Literature or any other promotional materials at the event must not include recipes, suggestions or references to using animal-derived ingredients and/or products. Healthy Taste, inc reserves the right to exclude or remove any items that are inappropriate.If you have questions about any of the above “Plant-Based” requirements, please contact the organizers of Healthy Taste Vegfest.
Healthy Taste Atlanta is a family friendly event for our local community at large. Any leaflets, signage, materials or conduct that the organizers deem to be un-welcoming or offensive are subject to booth closure. Music, recordings, videos and/or other audio must not interfere with neighboring booths. All media should be “G” rated. Exhibitors must set up their own booths. We will provide a 10’X10’ “booth” space. Tables and chairs are available for an additional cost but are extremely limited. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell, display or distribute alcoholic beverages of any type. No items should contain any alcohol unless it is cooked out in the cooking or baking process. No items will be allowed that contain caffeineNo items can be sold or displayed that contain Nicotine, THC or CBD (Cannabidiol). All exhibitors agree to give permission for Healthy Taste Vegfest, volunteers or staff, to take and publish photos of vendor staff, volunteers and/or displays during the event.Healthy Taste Vegfest: Chattanooga will be held outdoors and will occur “rain or shine”. Should extreme weather or any other unpredictable event outside the organizer’s control prevent the holding of the festival, Healthy Taste, inc and/or event sponsors are in no way liable to exhibitors/vendors.All fees are non refundable. Should you decide to not participate we will issue you a donation letter.
You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Because this event will be held outdoors, we HIGHLY encourage a popup canopy So, COME PREPARED and bring weights for that canopy!!

This venue requires each vendor to have a certificate of insurance for your business. You agree to send COI before event date.

RAFFLE/GIVE AWAY REQUEST
We hope to continue to offer a FREE ENTRY as we have in years past. This is doable with your generous contributions towards our raffle drawings and donations/sponsorships. We are asking each vendor to please donate an item for our raffle drawing tent, with a value of $15-25. All raffle ticket sales go to helping us keep costs down and the booth fees low. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
