This Business Sale Assessment Request Questionnaire is for the purpose to safeguard the interests of all parties to the information shared in the sales process of a business and any applicable associated real estate. Where parties, each with commercially confidential information, propose to disclose such information to each other with a view to evaluating the prospects of a formal business selling agency agreement. The Selling Agency Agreement will set out mutual undertakings and obligations, where each party may be a Discloser and Recipient of sensitive commercial information. We require this online Business Assessment request to better understand the functionality of your business and the services it provides to the public so that we can better ascertain your business appraisal.
