TERMS & CONDITIONS

*PLEASE READ*

Suga Mamas will need:
- A well ventilated space for "Big Mama" ( cart and cotton candy machine.)
- Access to a 120v outlet ( within 100ft) Access to Electricity MUST BE PROVIDED!
- 30 minutes before and after event for set up and tear down
- Invoice MUST be paid in 48 HOURS of when the invoice is sent to hold your date. The date will no longer be held if invoice is not paid within the 48 hour time frame and invoice will be canceled.
- Photos that are taken at your event may be used on our social media or used for on Marketing materials. If you do not wish for photos to be used please advise.
- Any cancelations must be made 2 weeks prior to your event for a full refund. If cancelation is not made within that time you will only be issued 50% of the amount paid ( 1 rain out reschedule will be allowed if the reschedule date is available and must be rescheduled 72 HOURS before yoru event)
*Any Damage to any of the equipment,machine and or cart while at your event, caused by yourself or event guests will be the customer's responsibility to replace.
