By completing this form I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response I will receive an email with the service package option Lex Ruggiero Haor decides is most accurate for achieving my hair goals. This service package option includes a base line price for my service and may be adjusted upon further consultation. I will also receive appointment date and time options that coordinate with my times listed above. Generally new guests can be seen within 6-8 weeks of an appointent inquiry, guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 10 weeks to be seen.
I understand that once a date is selected I will receive an invoice for a $50 deposit to hold the spot for my appointment. This $50 covers our consultation for the service and is non refundable if the appointment is cancelled outside of the cancellation window. I understand that this deposit will be applied to my appointment and taken off the service cost the day of my appointment. I understand that the date of my appointment will not be held for me until this appointment deposit is received.
All extension inquires require an in person consultation.
I understand Lex Ruggiero Hair's strict 48 hour cancelation policy and if i do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or no show my appointment, I may be subject to a late cancelation fee of up to 50% of my booked service. No call no shows will not be able to book another appointment until the late cancelation fee of their entire missed service cost is received.
