In consideration of the Applicant’s registration as attendee or coordinator at a course, seminar or workshop of Emmett Therapies – The Emmett Technique, the Applicant agrees that: The Applicant will not, without prior written consent of Emetros Pty Ltd.
1. Sell or reproduce the whole or any part of course content for money or content in any form without obtaining permission from Emetros Pty Ltd.
2. Teach or demonstrate any part of the Emmett Therapies not visually and/or by audio means record any part of the training and study.
The Applicant acknowledges that he/she will fully participate in the seminar, workshop or course and does so with full knowledge of the potential effects for him/her and hereby expressly releases the Instructor, Company, Directors and Attendees from any and all liability in respect of any personal injury that might subsequently become evident.
The training guide and other materials provided by Emetros Pty Ltd as part of the seminar, workshop or demonstration, have not been supplied with any particular recipient, user, or client in mind and therefore, although all care has been taken by Ross Emmett in the preparation of any such guide and/or materials, the information contained in such documents cannot be warranted to be accurate or complete, and is not intended to give rise to any contractual or other legal obligations between Emetros Pty Ltd and the student.
Except as provided by law, Emetros Pty Ltd, employees, agents, consultants and representatives do not accept any responsibility whatsoever, including responsibility for any physical damage, bodily injury, economic loss or other loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any person as a direct or indirect consequence of errors in or omissions from the Emmett guide, and/or seminar, workshop or demonstration materials, or for any action or inaction taken in reliance upon the contents of these materials.
