The buyer agrees to place a NON-Refundable Deposit/holding fee of $800, to be paid upon signing this agreement. The remainder of the balence is due upon pick up/drop off of puppy/Dog. If the said puppy/dog is being transportered the full remainder balence must be paid in full pryor to puppy/dog leaving for transport.
This deposoit/holding fee signifies the intent on the part of the buyer to follow through with the purchase of this animal. The seller reserves the right to void this transaction if we learn of any reason why the buyer might not be suitable for the animal (found to be an animal abuser, violent person, agent of a pet store or laboratory ect.) If the Transaction is voided or if the animal should no longer be available due to illness or through a tragic accident, the deposit/holding fee will be placed on another puppy of equal value. There is NO returns of the $800 deposit.
The written agreement contains all of the terms and the above conditions of the deposit/holding fee of this deposit agreement. By signing below, Buyer states that they have read. the deposit agreement and is in complete agreement. Buyer agrees that they understand the agreement fully, that this agreement is under the jurisdiction of the state of Texas, in the county of Smith. I have read and i understand and agree to all condition as indicated by my signature below.
