RAM Global Enterprises LLC "RAM" has negotiated a JV with a Bank that offers an extraordinary hybrid that combines a loan with a Guaranteed return on the security deposit.
LENDING DIVISION - 120%
- 20% Deposit Required
- 100% of funding request + return of 20% Cash Equity Security Deposit
- 10 year financing - 7% to 9% interest only
- 2 year extension upon request
- Equity kicker to bank (to be negotiated)
- Full KYC and Business Plan must be submitted for Underwriting
- 30 day review and possible LOI from Bank
CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT - INVESTMENT
- 20% Cash Security Deposit placed in trust account with Insurance wrap guarantee
- Must stay in the trust account for duration of the loan
SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR LOAN
- Project will receive loan approval for 100% of total request
- Developer at it's first draw can request the 20% cash deposit along with its first draw need
- Developer can re-invest the 20% into the guaranteed high yeild investment to mitigate the costs of the loan and the 20% itself
- Guaranteed return on the high yield investment is 7% per month
