I understand that it is the express intent of NSHNSA, the staff, volunteers and affiliates to provide for the safety and protection of my child.I am in consideration for allowing my child to participate in the All Nova Scotia Basketball program hereby forever release NSHNSA and any of their emissaries from all liability for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my child while under the instruction, supervision, or control of any of the above mentioned parties.By replying to this email with this agreement, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending All Nova Scotia Basketball program and/or participating in All Nova Scotia Basketball programs. Such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending All Nova Scotia Basketball programs may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of NSHNSA and other mentioned parties.As a legal guardian of the aforementioned person, I hereby agree to individually provide for any possible future medical expenses which may arise as a result of my child participating in the camp. I also agree not to bring legal action against NSHNSA and any of their emissaries. In case of an emergency, I authorize NSHNSA, the staff, volunteers and affiliates to administer first aid to my child and/or call 911 to get emergency personnel for further treatment.This acknowledgement of risk and waiver liability, having been read thoroughly and understood completely, is agreed to in content and intent.I also give permission for the taking and usage of pictures and videos by NSHNSA, staff, volunteers, affiliates and media.
