Come & Try Sailing! is an initiative to get kids out of the house and off the tech, socialising and working with kids their own age to drive a boat, building confidence and life skills. Sailing is a technical sport and an adventurous lifestyle, and we want the community to experience what we do every day!

Sailing around the safe and scenic Oxenford Lake. Your child will crew on a Hobie Wave Catamaran with other kids and a skilled Sailor.
While you the parent enjoy a beverage and snack from the Boatshed Brew Cafe next door. Lounging in the sun, or walking around the lake track.

What to Bring:
Swimmers or wetsuit
Change of clothes (if you get wet)
Shoes that can get wet (Crocs, old runners, etc.)

Come & Try Sailing! is run by the Southport Yacht Club Sailing Academy, out of the Oxenford Watersports Centre located at Oxenford Lake, Gold Coast.
Children under 18 must have a parent/guardian fill in and sign this form.
Groups of more than 4 require confirmation. We may not have the available staff to fulfill your request.
Come & Try Sailing! is only an experience and should not be considered a party.
