Training Session Contract Rules

1. Cancellation Notice:
- Students must provide at least 48 hours' notice if they wish to cancel a training session.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a full session fee.

2. Session Duration:
- Each training session is scheduled for a duration of 45 minutes.

3. Reservation and Payment:
- All training sessions must be reserved and paid for at least two weeks in advance.
- Payments should be completed prior to the booking to secure the session time.

4. Policy Enforcement:
- These rules are in place to ensure fairness and proper scheduling for all students.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree, being aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in physical activity with Call Me Champ Boxing Coach (Payam Alyan).

Having such knowledge, I hereby release Call Me Champ Boxing Coach (Payam Alyan), their representatives, agents, and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness, which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.

I agree to disclose any physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments that may affect my ability to participate in said fitness program.
