CACD Award Nomination
Nomination Instructions
1. Your district presents your nomination to your Watershed Association
2. The Watershed Association considers and votes on received nominations. Once approved by the association, proceed to upload your nomination here.
All award nominations should include:
- Details on the person, district, or operation being nominated
- A narrative detailing the accomplishments of the nominee
- (Optional) Supporting documentation such as additional letters of support, photos, links to videos, etc.
Word documents must be submitted. Nominations not submitted in word will be rejected.

All nominations must be received by October 15th. Late nominations will not be considered. Please contact cacd@coloradoacd.org with any questions.
