Only proof of payments via email will be validated. Reserved schedule will be declined if we do not receive the proof of payment via email within 1 hour of booking.

Confirmation of Reservation
After sending the proof of payment, please wait for our email within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
Reminders
Please show up 15 minutes before your schedule time in order for us to confirm your booking and accommodate you.
Please provide a valid ID, same name used for the booking slot.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling is free of charge but can only be made not later than 2 days (42 hours) before your confirmed slot.
- Once you have booked your slot, you will not be able to cancel your booking.
- Clients who cannot or do not show up during the reserved time slot due to personal reasons including unforeseen circumstances will not be refunded.
