- To register for the tournament, please complete all fields in the online registration form.
- Once submitted, download the PDF, print it, and obtain the signatures of your Teacher-in-Charge and Principal.
- The original signed document must be submitted at the Recorders’ Table on 08th August 2025, before 7:30 AM.
- Please do not send Forms via post, email, or fax
