About the course
This course will introduce to you the theory, skills and techniques of effective stress management. Participants will find out how to assess the risk of stress and learn practical techniques that can be built into a person's daily routine and reduce the impact of stress on their lives.
Delivered over seven modules, each module will be accompanied by a relaxation exercise which will be emailed out to all participants at the end of each session. There will also be stress management questionnaires, information handouts, relaxation and breathing logs to measure progress.
This course is suitable for anyone who has an interest in gaining a better understanding of stress and would like to be proactive in managing their stress or supporting others to successfully manage their stress or both.
