1. Make sure all information is complete. Include check along with your application.7. The City of Washington and Washington-Warren Airport, it’s employees and representatives, reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event if it feels the vendor is in violation of the rules and regulations or the spirit of the event.BOOTH FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF A VENDOR IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE RULES.
2. If you sell unapproved food items, you may be asked to leave.
3. Vendors must be completely set-up 8:30 am on October 13th and 14th..
4. You are agreeing that you will be present for the entire event. 9 am – 4 pm. Driving in and out of the gate during event hours will be prohibited for safety precautions. Please plan to serve the full day. Expected attendance is 3500-4000.
5. Please note, electricity is not available from most vendor spaces. Small generators are the best option.
6. All vendors must clean the area around their booth space before they leave at the end of the day.
7. All spaces are 10x10, please bring a table and chairs and a tent with weights if needed for your exhibit.
