b. Materials/Tech/Production Costs

*Accommodations for any staff (Hulaween can help source accommodations, however reservations and payments are your responsibility. Limited availability in free on-site festival staff campground with hot showers.)
*Estimated number of days for load-in/load-out.

*Radios (per promoter approval)
*Golf Carts (per promoter approval)
*Catering and/or meal tickets (per promoter approval)
*Wifi/connectivity needs if applicable (per promoter approval)
*Tables/Chairs and any other items needed (per promoter approval)
