            For print ready files, please read below.

            Please provide a PDF for the best results.  PNG files will not be accepted.

            ALL TEXT NEEDS TO BE WITHIN A .25" SAFETY MARGIN FROM THE EDGE TO AVOID GETTING TRIMMED OFF.

            COLOR MODE:  CMYK - If you export your files in RGB, that is for screens and you may experience a color shift. 

            For PDF files created in programs!  Please use the following settings to avoid issues.

            PDF (press quality is preferred) OR MAKE SURE OF THE FOLLOWING: 

            • All images embedded
            • Illustrator/editing capabilities turned off
            • Fonts outlined
            • Transparencies flattened
            • CMYK color mode
            • Bleed .125 and safety area .125

            FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS COULD RESULT IN A DELAY AND/OR ADDITIONAL SETUP FEES.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR FILES!

            For paper flyers, if you want color to extend all the way to the edge a bleed MUST be included and a inside margin of .125 minimum.   Failure to include bleeds may cause a delay on your order, or we will decrease the size to fit within the print margin causing a white border.
