Black Academicians in PT
Application for Mentorship Program for 2025. All interested candidates must submit an application form and CV. There is no limit to the number of nominations from a PT or PTA program, but final selections will be made to ensure diverse representation across the field and will be limited to 20 individuals. The application form consists of four parts: Candidate information and consent; Candidate Statement; Reflective Narrative; Candidate CV Program Director Letter of Recommendation: https://form.jotform.com/231625811173047 . Nominations can be made directly by applicants or by Program Directors. Application deadline January 1st, 2025.
