The R.A.G.E. Homebuyers' Assistance Grant, in the amount of $1000, is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to participants of our Buy the Block Fast Track Series. Eligible applicants must be first-time homebuyers who plan to purchase a 2-4 flat as their primary residence and have completed at least 4 out of the 6 sessions of the Buy the Block Fast Track Series.
