Terms and Conditions of Hire

Teepeez require 14 days’ notice of cancellation or your deposit will not be refunded.

If you need to change the date of your party, we will try our best to accommodate and will need at least seven days’ notice.

The booking deposit is 50% - Teepeez requires the final balance to be paid at least seven days prior to the date of your sleepover / party.

Teepeez will ask for a £50 damage deposit to be paid at least 48 hours before the sleepover party. Once equipment has been checked following your sleepover / party the damage deposit will be returned. If any damage or stains are found on our equipment, we will retain the damage deposit in order to cover replacement costs.

Please do not allow any slime, nail varnish or paint in or around our equipment as this can stain very easily. We also request that any make up is removed before climbing into the bedding and that any glow sticks are checked for leaks before being taken onto the bedding or in the tents. Please also try and keep pets away from the tents and the bedding.

The tents often surprise people at the amount of space required. We recommend 140cm 90cm for each single tent, so please ensure you have enough space before booking.

All prices are subject to change, however prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.
