PARISH PRIORITY
There is a small chance that after your event is approved and scheduled a major parish or diocesan event will get scheduled for the same time and will have to take precedence. We would inform you that the large event would have to take priority and work to get you another date that works for your ministry. This is very rare.

CANCELLATIONS
If my event is cancelled, or one of my events in a series is cancelled, it is my responsibility to notify the parish office of its cancellation. This frees the room up for other groups to use and also helps our maintenance staff. I understand that failure to notify the parish of event cancellation may impair my ability to reserve rooms in the future.

CONFIRMATION PENDING
You will receive a copy of this form request immediately after hitting submit. However, your room reservation is *NOT CONFIRMED* until you later receive an email from the Parish Office confirming your reservation details. There are many organizations vying for space and there are many considerations we must take into account when granting facility space.
