  • Please fill out the form below to register your team. Teams are required to have a minimum of 6 players (three male and three female).
     
    A team number will be issued to you after this form submission.  All team members must register on TennisLink with their team number and pay the league registration fee. Players must have a free USTA account and a free DUPR account and rating.
