Terms
- Try to allow a 2 week lead time for orders. I will work with you as best as I can and will work with any budget. My goal is to help you elevate your event, your way!
- I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure products and the remainder of the balance is due at the time of the install. Grab & Go is due in full at the time of the order.
- I cannot guarantee the longevity of the balloons. All sales are final after installation or pickup.
- If hosting an event at a venue, please confirm that they will allow the balloon creations.
- Take down is the responsibility of the client. Any backdrop rental equipment pickup will be coordinated with the client.
- If you have any reservations about photo or video used on social media, please let me know.
