  • Vendor Terms and Conditions:

     

    Booth Fees:

    Merchandise Vendor: 

                           10 x 10 space: $100.00

     

    Informational Table: 

                          6 foot table: $75.00

     

    Food Vendor:

                         10 x 10 space: $250.00

                          Truck/Trailer: $350.00


    Note: Vendor fees fluctuate depending on the event and event host. So please be aware that it may not always be the same for every event and when we are not the hosts we do not have control over the cost of the fee.

     

    Fees are due 24 hours after submitting your application via Zelle to lanfon0610@gmail.com (Leilani Alfonso Opiana) to secure your spot. NO SPOT IS SECURE without payment being received. Spaces are first come first serve; we limited the number of the same types of vendors at each event. Once the application and payment are received you will be placed in the Instagram vendor message group, where all information is released for the event. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN…

     

    Vendors are expected to advertise the event with the provided flyers, evite link, and vendor spotlights by sharing on all their social media platforms, website, newsletters, etc. Tag @mountainhousebar, @lan-i0, and @ruff_road_adventures in your posts.

     

    The event will take place rain or shine. If we have to postpone due to inclement weather, we will notify you immediately of the new scheduled date.

     

    If you need to make arrangements or have any questions it is your responsibility to contact Misty Larson (Instagram @ruff_road_adventures) or Lani Alfonso (Instagram @lan_i0).

     

    Communication is a must to make a successful event for everyone. The following will result in you being removed from the event and blacklisted for future events.

     

    ·       Remove yourself from the vendor Instagram message group.

    ·       Are a no-show to the event.

    ·       Back out of the event with no communication of reason.

    ·       Do not pay your fees or provide any required documentation.

     

    If requested you will be able to provide the following current documentation to the event hosts.

    ·       California Seller’s Permit

    ·       California Food Handlers Permit

    ·       Business License

    ·       Business Insurance 

    or any other required permits or forms. 

     

    Vendors MAY NOT share a booth, only one company per booth. 

     

    I understand that there is no outside food, beverages, or coolers allowed inside the venue. The exception is coolers required by food vendors for proper food storage. We reserve the right to inspect all coolers. 

     

    No beverages of any kind are to be sold by any vendor unless prior approval has been given by the event hosts. If you sell beverages of any kind not prior approved, you will be asked to stop immediately, if you do not you will be asked to close your spot, and will not be allowed to return for future events.

     

    Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space unless otherwise stated. You must provide your own canopy; tables chairs and other required items. You must also have canopy weight for each leg of your canopy. It is your responsibility to set up and clean up your area (this includes if you are using zip ties they are picked up and thrown away after you cut them off). NO ELECTRICITY is available.

     

    Additional requirements for food vendors. If you are cooking on-site, you must have the following:

    ·       Fire extinguisher

    ·       Tarp covering the ground where you are cooking.

    ·       You must take and dispose of any oil, coals or etc. that you use or produce during the event. They may not be disposed of at the venue.

    ·       If you require a generator, it must be a quiet generator.

     

    Day of the event:

    Vendors will be assigned a space and a set-up time. Please come at your assigned time and check in with Misty or Lani. They will assist you with locating your space. Be courteous of other vendors that are also set up and do not take up any of their assigned space. 

     

    Vendors must stay set up until the conclusion of the event and do not break down or leave until the conclusion of the event. If you sell out place a sign notifying guests that you are sold out and enjoy the rest of the event.

     

    We do our best to provide you with a general idea of the attendance expected with the Evite that we have for the event. Please plan accordingly so you are not running out of product early into the event.

     

    Acknowledgment:

    You hereby acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions in full and understand them fully. You also agree to indemnify and harmless, Yellow Event Production, EPT Production, the venue, and/or any of their volunteers and/or employees against any and all damages and claims that may arise in connection with your participation and presence in the event and vendors activities of any kind.

    With the submission of this application to take part in the named event, you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
