  • Please describe your quilt, including (if relevant) it’s name, year made, owner, maker history, inspiration, construction methods, original or adapted design, etc.  This information will be printed on a card which will be exhibited with your quilt.  Use a new form for each quilt you submit.

  • 5. Quilt Drop off and Pick up

  • Quilt drop-off time will be from 9 AM - 11 AM on Friday, Oct. 31st at the Community Church/Jess Ranch, Apple Valley, CA. Quilt pick-ups will start no sooner than 3:30 PM on Saturday, Nov 1st, after the show. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • 6. Receipt Section: The section below will be given to you, when you drop your quilt off, by the people receiving the quilts and you will need to give it to the people at 'Quilt Pickup' to obtain your quilt, on November 1st at 3:30 p.m (approximately).
