【溫馨提示💖Reminder】
1. 爲健康防疫，本期課程採取小班教學，名額有限。期待您珍惜機會，堅持全程上課。Given the small size of the retreat, we hope that you'll make the most of this retreat and be here for the full duration.
2. 課程第一天請開課前半小時到場，辦理正式註冊手續！On the first day, please arrive 30 minutes prior to the class start to complete the registration process.
3. 爲了您和他人的健康，課程期間建議配戴口罩，保持適當社交距離。Masks and social distancing are recommended.
4. 課程期間請穿著寬鬆衣褲以便讓身體更加放鬆，換上適合室内穿的平底運動鞋。Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Please bring indoor sneakers. (Street shoes not allowed in the meditation hall).
