    Prior to applying, please note:

    To be eligible for residency you must have completed either our Concept to Creation or Investment Readiness program prior to your application.

    This is a competitive process and will be determined based on availability of space and the discretion of CERI.

    As part of the application process you will be required to provide the following information (templates provided below):  

    1. Complete CERI Lean Canvas for your startup (spend no more than 1hr)

    2. Complete an 8-slide pitch deck covering the following (provide existing one if available):

    o Title slide & tagline 
    o Problem
    o Solution
    o Market
    o Business model
    o Traction
    o Team
    o Your Ask/Conclusion/Contact

    3. Provide the following for CERI promotional purposes:

    o Company Logo

  •  1. Shared Office 

    Fee:

    $100 + GST per month

    Price is per startup for up to three people but dependent on specific space allocated.  

    Inclusions:

    Shared office space

    Fob key for office access

    Requirements:

    Quarterly reporting meeting required 

    Minimum 2 days a week in office (with an expectation to move to 4 days+ over period of residency)

     

    2. Individual Office 

    Fee: 

    $200 + GST per month, price is per startup

    Inclusions:

    Individual office space 

    Fob key for office access (max. 3)

    Standard office inclusions 

    Requirements:

    Quarterly reporting meeting

    Minimum 4 days a week in office, with an expectation of close to full time as a team

    Must have a team 

     

     

    Standard office Inclusions: 

    Wifi, printing, ability to book meeting rooms.

    Fob key provided for access. 

     

    Note:

    Prices listed are per month, paid monthly on a 12 month agreement. 

    Cancellation any time with 10 days’ notice (per conditions of residency agreement).

    What can you expect from Concept to Creation?

    The course operates over 11 weeks, with sessions running at our CERI headquarters each Thursday evening from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

    Each session is led by an industry-leading expert and filled with insightful theory, engaging activities and collaborative discussions, ensuring an immersive learning experience every week.

  • Investment Readiness

    What can you expect from the Investment Readiness program?

    The course operates over 11 weeks, with sessions running at our CERI headquarters each Wednesday evening from 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm.

    The CERI Investment Readiness program is designed to assist participants identify gaps in their solutions, effectively articulating their investment opportunities, and gain a deeper understanding of the mechanics of raising capital.

    The program empowers founders to validate customer problem/solution fit, and pitch to angel investors and VCs.
