YOUR ROLE AS A SURVEY AGENT:
As a survey agent, you get paid in advance via Certified bank Check to conduct a Simple Survey and provide valuable Customer Service Feedback to us. Note that the Company's check MUST be duly processed at your bank before you proceed to carry out any evaluation as you are NOT to make use of any of your personal funds. You will be required to visit businesses and franchise locations like stores, restaurants, banks, movie theaters and other businesses in your area as an 'undercover agent'. In summary we tend to look for weaknesses and overall assessment of target Organizations.
Franchise surveying is neither a replacement for customer satisfaction measures, nor does it replace measures of customer expectations. It is important that businesses know what customers want and like, but that is not sufficient. Conducting a survey is the ONLY reliable way to quantify and benchmark the customer experience. Surveys provide data that lets the business owner make quick adjustments so that the customer's expectations are met and the customer is satisfied. That brings the customer back, builds loyalty and allegiance and protects the bottom line.
