    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    We are excited to announce and accept applications for the Red Hill Open Market & Craft Fair, hosted by Char-Su Productions, LLC. as a fundraiser for The Shelter. The following are the Policies & Guidelines for all vendors.

    SPACE GUIDELINES

    Vendors will be assigned display space upon check-in and must park in designated vendor parking after unloading.  Setup to take place after vehicle is parked.
    Food trucks will be locked in and will not be able to remove your vehicle once the event is open. This is to ensure the safety of participants & customers.
    THE SHELTER and Char-Su Productions are not responsible for any loss, thefts, or damages to your property, products or vehicles at any time.

    SET-UP AND CLEAN-UP

    Set up time starts at 7:00 am; no car entry after 8:30 am. The Open Market & Craft Fair will be 9am - 2pm.
    To prevent any accidents from flying objects during windy conditions, vendors must secure all loose items and objects, such as tents, tables, chairs, signage & etc. No penetration of the asphalt surface is permitted. $1000 penalty plus repair cost if damaged.
    Clean up time begins at 2:00 pm.
    All personal belonging must be removed from the premise by 4:00 pm.
    No animals or pets will be allowed on premise unless approved.
    All booth trash will be the responsibility of the vendor to remove from the premise.
    All tables/chairs/tents/power are the responsibility of the vender. if you require power, please bring your own generator and long extension cords so generator can be placed away from booth interference.
    All food venders and lunch wagons: Please bring your own water and rinse area buckets and dispose off-site. Please have fire extinguisher also as required.

    FOOD VENDORS

    A Special Event Food Establishment permit must be available at the booth at all times

    Exemption:
    Distribute or sell prepackaged foods that are also non-potentially hazardous
    Distribute or sell homemade food products that are not potentially hazardous food produced or packaged by the vendor in their home kitchen, such as baked goods, chex mix, popcorn & etc. or hand-pounded poi.
    Must follow all Department of Health & Sanitation guidelines
    Must provide certificate of liability insurance, naming Char Su Productions as additional insured.

  • INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR VENDORS

    HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION

    Vendors shall defend their own indemnity, and hold the Shelter, First Assembly of God and Char-Su Productions, LLC, it’s officers, volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with the performance of this agreement.

    A “Certificate of Insurance” showing the above coverage should be attached with your application listing Char-Su Productions as the certificate holder (additionally insured):

    COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

    Insurance requirements from the vendors - the policy shall cover the vendor with insurance and shall include bodily injury, products liability and property damage coverage of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate general liability insurance coverage.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    We accept the following methods of payment: Venmo, PayPal and credit cards (transactions will incur a service fee of 4% on the total dollar amount).

    REFUNDS

    We’re sorry but ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. IF THERE ARE ANY UNEXPECTED & UNSCHEDULED USE OF THE PREMISES BY LANDOWNER, WE WILL TRANSFER THE FUNDS TO COVER ANOTHER FUTURE MONTH.

    Open Market applications and fees need to be received by Char-Su Productions, LLC. prior to the event to be considered a vendor and to reserve a spot. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOW!

    For all charge (Venmo, PayPal or credit card) payments there will be a surcharge of 4% to the payment.

    Cancellations for any given month is totally at the discretion of THE SHELTER. These cancellations could be due to weather or unscheduled use of the premise. We will give notice of 14 days for unexpected conflicts and 24 hour notice of weather cancellations. Any deposits are applicable for future participation.

    STANDARD PRICING

    BOOTH CHOICES: 
    (Limited Space, First Come, First Serve, Provide own tent, tables, chairs, power, water)

    SPECIAL BOOTH PRICING (REGULAR PRICE $120):
    $100 Food/Craft Booth (to accomodate 10' X 10' tent size)
    $100 Food Truck (Food truck stall)

    TENT RENTAL:
    ($50 - Includes 10x10 tent, setup and breakdown)

    Add on charges:(All applications will be charged a 4.712% sales tax based on the payment amount and 4% charge/debit card processing fee. Subject to change according to the Hawaii State Law).
