We accept the following methods of payment: Venmo, PayPal and credit cards (transactions will incur a service fee of 4% on the total dollar amount).
REFUNDS
We’re sorry but ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. IF THERE ARE ANY UNEXPECTED & UNSCHEDULED USE OF THE PREMISES BY LANDOWNER, WE WILL TRANSFER THE FUNDS TO COVER ANOTHER FUTURE MONTH.
Open Market applications and fees need to be received by Char-Su Productions, LLC. prior to the event to be considered a vendor and to reserve a spot. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOW!
For all charge (Venmo, PayPal or credit card) payments there will be a surcharge of 4% to the payment.
Cancellations for any given month is totally at the discretion of THE SHELTER. These cancellations could be due to weather or unscheduled use of the premise. We will give notice of 14 days for unexpected conflicts and 24 hour notice of weather cancellations. Any deposits are applicable for future participation.

SPECIAL BOOTH PRICING (REGULAR PRICE $120):
$100 Food/Craft Booth (to accomodate 10' X 10' tent size)
$100 Food Truck (Food truck stall)
TENT RENTAL:
($50 - Includes 10x10 tent, setup and breakdown)
Add on charges:(All applications will be charged a 4.712% sales tax based on the payment amount and 4% charge/debit card processing fee. Subject to change according to the Hawaii State Law).
