Section 1: Foster Guidelines
Please read these questions carefully in order to determine if you are eligible to foster a rabbit for Bunlandia, as well as to determine whether fostering a rabbit is the right choice for your family.
I understand that all foster homes must be within a 45-minute radius of Seymour, CT for easy access to veterinary care in event of a medical emergency, or to set up a meeting with a potential adopter.
*
I understand; I am within a 45-minute drive Seymour, CT
I am not within 45 minutes of Seymour CT, but am willing and able to drive more than 45 minutes for veterinary care or to set up adoption appointments.
I am not within 45 minutes of Seymour, CT, but would like to discuss the potential for fostering outside this range.
I understand that any rabbit experiencing a medical emergency must immediately be returned to Bunlandia. If I am unable to contact a member of the rescue, I understand that I must immediately bring the rabbit to a rabbit-savvy vet, and that a list of vets will be provided to me. I understand that I will be reimbursed for emergency veterinary care.
*
Yes; I understand and I agree.
No; I am not sure whether I understand or am able to provide emergency veterinary care on my own in the event that I cannot reach a member of the rescue.
I understand that I am only able to foster 2 rabbits at any time, and that I am not permitted to arrange a private adoption without consulting the rescue; all adopters must be screened by Bunlandia Rabbit Rescue.
