The Customer acknowledges that all printing, scanning, and network components for the listed equipment have been delivered, installed, and accepted as satisfactory. The Customer understands that any changes to its network, security settings, or computer systems may affect printing or scanning functionality. That restoration or remediation of these environments is not covered under the standard maintenance agreement and will be billed at current service rates.
As part of the maintenance agreement, the Customer authorizes the installation and use of ARDATA, including FMAudit or related monitoring tools, on its network for the sole purpose of collecting meter reads, print counts, device status, supply levels, and diagnostic information. The monitoring software does not access or transmit document content or user files. The Customer agrees to maintain the network access required for monitoring to operate properly. All data collected is limited to device‑level operational information and will be handled in accordance with commercially reasonable security practices and used only to support service delivery, billing accuracy, and performance monitoring.
