Poor lifestyle and food choices affect health. So does being disconnected from others, as proven by the effects of isolation during the Pandemic. We know that a compassionate, authentic connection with ourselves and others is a fundamental cornerstone of health, and science shows it has a unique and equally powerful impact on physical biomarkers and outcomes, including cholesterol, blood sugar, chronic pain, microbiome, longevity, and more. Without connection, attempts to improve diet and other areas of our life can be futile.

In this Masterclass Drs. Pulde and Lederman will weave Nutrition, Lifestyle, and  Connection Medicine to help you better understand how connection supports and enhances nutrition and lifestyle changes.

By the end of the course you will:

(1) Understand how disconnection promotes inflammation and why managing it is a powerful factor in chronic disease management 

(2) Learn how to regulate your nervous systems to get out of survival mode

(3) Learn how to discern your feelings and needs to provide an internal compass that leads to the best diet and lifestyle choices for optimum health and joy.

(4) Learn Nonviolent Communication as the framework around which this healing quality of connection can be cultivated

WeHeal, Inc.’s Professional Staff (defined as the individuals retained on WeHeal, Inc.’s behalf who are qualified in healthcare-related professions and whose primary responsibilities, including delivering healthcare services to clients, require the exercise of medical judgment and discretion) and mentors (collectively, the “Practice”), WeHeal, Inc. staff (“Staff”) and WeHeal, Inc., a Florida corporation (collectively, with the Practice and Staff, “WeHeal”), desire to record and use, whether they are audio and/or video, including but not limited to, all live classes, seminars, calls, sessions, webinars or any other interactions (“Recordings”) for WeHeal’s use, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all media and on all platforms, for advertising/marketing, promotions, exhibitions and other exploitations of the Recordings, and any and all ancillary rights associated therewith, by any and all means, media devices, processes and technology of any nature whatsoever whether now known or hereafter devised (the “Rights”). While information obtained through the Recordings is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), WeHeal would appreciate consent to WeHeal’s production, storage, use and disclosure of such information.

The undersigned (“I” or “me”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. By executing this General Release (this “Release”),  I hereby grant permission to WeHeal to produce, store, use and disclose Recordings pursuant to this Release.
2. Through the Recordings, WeHeal may obtain personal information including but not limited to my name, and demographic information, individually identifiable health information, and other information related to me (collectively “Personal Information”), my likeness or image (“My Image or Likeness”) and/or my experiences interacting with WeHeal (“My Experiences”).
3. WeHeal may obtain, use and disclose my Personal Information, My Experiences and My Image or Likeness (collectively “My Recording”) in connection with WeHeal’s Rights, which includes but is not limited to obtaining, storing, using and disclosing excerpts or stills from the Recordings.
4. WeHeal shall be the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to all future uses of Recordings including all copyrights, and any extensions and/or renewals thereof.
5. I may terminate this authorization at any time to prohibit My Recording from being included in any future video or videos distributed by WeHeal, provided, however, that no such video is scheduled for release within 30 days of my revocation request. Any such revocation shall not apply to any videos or other materials WeHeal has created prior to my revocation request and shall only apply to materials that are not within 30 days of release or as otherwise determined by WeHeal.
6. I understand that a revocation is ineffective to the extent WeHeal has relied on the use and disclosure of My Recording. To terminate this authorization, I must send written notice to WeHeal at the following address or to the following email address: 4058 13th St, Attn: 1066, Saint Cloud, FL, 34769 and to: matthew.lederman@weheal.health
7. I understand that, except as otherwise provided in this authorization, WeHeal may use or disclose My Recording in accordance with WeHeal’s Notice of Privacy Practices and information disclosed pursuant to this authorization is not protected by the HIPAA.
8. I will not be entitled to any payment or other form of remuneration from WeHeal as a result of the exercise of the Rights granted herein and WeHeal may rely upon this Release in preparing and exploiting the Recordings.
9. I release, discharge and hold harmless WeHeal its owners, providers, employees, agents, contractors, and assigns from any and all rights, claims, defenses, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages and costs  related to, including, without limitation, libel, defamation, violation of my rights of privacy, publicity, infringement of any intellectual property, breach of any representation, warranty or agreement made by me herein, or any other right and expense respecting this Release and the Rights granted hereunder, that I may have of any nature whatsoever, whether known, suspected or unknown, whether in law or in equity, which I had or now have or may claim to have had or to have or which may hereinafter accrue or otherwise be acquired, upon by reason of, or arising out of, or in connection with the exercise of the Rights granted above.
10. I further agree that if despite this authorization, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against WeHeal, I will indemnify, save, defend and hold harmless WeHeal from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred as the result of such claim.
11. I further acknowledge that I shall be limited to an action for money damages for any breach of this agreement by WeHeal and I shall not be entitled to equitable or injunctive relief and in no event shall I be permitted to prevent or inhibit the broadcast, exhibition, distribution or other exploitation of any of WeHeal’s productions, including but not limited to the Recordings.
12. This Release shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State of Florida.
13. This Release sets forth our entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be modified unless in writing signed by both parties.
    I hereby warrant and represent that I have every right to execute this Release.
