Finding out what data we hold about you

If you’ve ever dealt with SCL, it’s likely we’ll have collected some data about you. You could be an existing student, a former student, a current employee or someone who’s worked for us in the past.

We take the management of personal data seriously, and you have the right to know what information we hold about you. You can find this out by sending us what is known as a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).

How to make a DSAR

You can make a DSAR using this online form. It’s easy to fill out, free, and we’ll get back to you within one calendar month. If you’d prefer to make your request another way, just get in touch.

You can also use this form to exercise any of your other rights under data protection legislation as highlighted further on the form.
