Thank you for taking the time to respond to our Father's Day project on your most special busy day.

Dove Men+Care is celebrating the momentous occasion of becoming a dad on Father's Day. We are so happy that you would like to share your moment with us.

We are asking you to share photos of your first moments as a Dad with your newborn and to send these to us as quickly as possible on Sunday 18th June (Father's Day) as we will be selecting photos to include in adverts running the very same day on social media and digital advertising boards.

Please do send your photos (min. two or more) as soon as possible - we will be standing by to receive the photos from 12:01am on Sunday morning!!

Please take the photos in colour - they can be portrait (tall) or landscape (wide). We have included some photos above just to give you ideas but please photograph what feels natural to you. Please try to not include any other people than dad and baby in the photographs.

Please only send us photos if your baby is born on Sunday 18th June and photos need to be submitted as soon as possible on this date as the commercials will go live the same day. They we will not be able to consider using anything submitted after Sunday.

PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO COPYRIGHT AND TALENT RELEASE AGREEMENT:

If my photographs are selected for use and in consideration of the payment to me of the sum of $4250 USD which I acknowledge, I hereby agree as follows:

1. I hereby grant to Unilever, its agents, including Ogilvy, and their respective licensees, successors and assigns (herein collectively called the “licensed parties”) the right to use, publish and copyright both my and my child’s name, picture, portrait, video, audio, likeness and quotes in advertising, promoting and publicizing Dove product or service (herein called “the product”) in the following way. In signing this release I acknowledge that I also have permission from the person who took the picture and they have no claim for any additional payment:

6. I agree that no advertisement or other material need be submitted to me for any further approval and the licensed parties shall be without liability to me for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the publication of my picture, portrait, video, audio, or likeness.

7. I warrant and represent the following: I am eighteen years of age or older; this license does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments on my part.

8. Nothing herein will constitute any obligation on the licensed parties to make any use of any of the rights set forth herein.

9. I shall not make or authorize any public statement concerning this license or the Client’s product or advertising without the prior written consent of Ogilvy.

10. This license contains the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof, supersedes all prior understandings and may not be modified except by a writing signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach of any provision of this license shall not be construed as a continuing waiver with regard to any subsequent breach. This license shall be construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

11. It is acknowledged that the relationship between me and the licensed parties is that of independent contractor, and I warrant that I will be responsible for any government employment tax/insurance/immigration obligations that may be necessary.

I am over 18 years of age and have the right to make this agreement.
