Do you focus on pre-conception, birth, pregnancy, parenting or early childhood? Does your business provide a service that you think would suit our event? We'd love for you to apply! We want to celebrate our community by bringing all of our local resources for families to one place! The event is going to be held this year on May 3rd, 2025 on Bow Street, in Downtown Fayetteville, from 10:00am-3:00pm. Check in for Vendors will be from 8:45 to 9:30 am at 154 Bow Street. Break down is from 3:00-4:00 pm. Please fill out this form and our marketing team will reach out to you to finish registration! The NC Birth & Baby Expo is a great way to get exposure for your business. We will market you via our social media channels, as well as list all participants on our website.
Please note, this is an application and does not guarantee you a spot at our event. We will not be accepting applications from multi level marketing companies.

With the acceptance of this application our marketing team will email you a vendor/sponsorship packet with different package options for the event. You are not registered and your spot is not saved until we have received a response from you. Your response must include which package you have chosen and the corresponding payment.
