Student Agreement for Course - Unlock Confident Parenting: Decision Mastery Class
This agreement outlines the expectations of students participating in the "Unlock Confident Parenting: Decision Mastery Class." All Participants must sign that they have read and understand these terms and conditions fully.
1. Course Description:
This course includes eight live, 90-minute training sessions over Zoom, focusing on the Decision Mastery System, known as The VIDA Method™.
2. Schedule and Attendance:
Classes are scheduled for Mondays, 5:30 PM PST, from February 12 to April 1, 2024.
Participants should attend all live sessions to gain the full benefit of the course.
For missed sessions, all participants will receive access to a recording of each training session for one year.
3. Course Materials:
Paid registrants will receive access to The Decision Classroom Self-Paced Course and a physical and digital copy of its guidebook.
4. Co-Parent Bonus Guest Terms:
As a bonus, participants can register one parent or co-parent to attend the sessions for free.
Bonus guests will receive access to The Decision Classroom Self-Paced Course. However, only a digital copy of the guidebook will be provided.
Additional physical copies of the Decision Classroom Guidebook can be purchased here for $30.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Due to limited course capacity, no refunds will be offered for this course.
6. Class Conduct:
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive environment during all sessions.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
7. Privacy, Recordings and Confidentiality:
Respect the privacy of fellow classmates and the instructor. Do not share personal information discussed in class with outside parties. Understand that sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and consent to this recording.
We cannot guarantee your privacy.
8. Technology Requirements:
Participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection, functioning microphone, and webcam for Zoom sessions.
9. Intellectual Property:
All course materials, including The VIDA Method™, are proprietary and cannot be reproduced or used commercially without express permission.
10. Liability Disclaimer:
Clarity4Action and its instructors are not responsible for any personal decisions made by participants due to this course.
