- Rental/Purchase Agreement: By signing, Customer agrees to pay the sum of the Damage Waiver. The Company agrees to waive claims against Customer resulting from unintentional damage. The Damage Waiver does NOT cover grass stains, burns, water damage, intentional, or carelessness related damages, theft, or loss of merchandise. Customer agrees they have received the above listed merchandise in good condition with the understanding that it is to be returned in the same condition on the first business day after use. Failure to pay on time will result in up to a $50 per day late fee. Should items not be returned, Customer agrees to pay for all replacement costs, and does hereby consent to entry of suit against them in an event of default. Customer further agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. Customer agrees to pay up to a 50% cancellation fee on this order.
