Important information for events.
The Society must not sign a contract with a venue, all events contracts must be sent to the societies coordinator societies@gcustudents.co.uk
The society must take into account the minimum number of guests needed eg. min number 100 persons.
Once the society have submitted this form and recieved a confirmation email from the societies coordinator that the contract has been signed and sent back to the venue, they can then create the event on the Students' Association website.
Form submission does not automatically mean the event is approved. After this form has been submitted the societies coordinator will check in with the society to discuss any plans and assist in any way.
