Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least 48 hours notice. All cancellations must be done online through Gloss Genius. If you ever can’t find the link to your appointment, reach out to me and I will resend your appointment details. Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

A $50 deposit is required when booking any appointment. The $50 deposit will be credited if given a 48hr notice.
Notice within 48hrs, deposit is non refundable.
Failure to show: The entire service(s) will be charged.
The courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
