SALT — Sexually Abused Learning to Thrive

Sexual abuse is one of the most traumatic events that a person can ever experience. We offer confidential and compassionate groups for women to facilitate healing and recovery from sexual abuse.

Dates: Mondays, Jan 26-Apr 27, 2026 (No group Apr 6, Master's Week)

Time: 6:00-8:00 PM

Location: Hope Mental Wellness Center - Room C106

The group is limited to 8 members. The group closes to new participants after the third week (Feb. 9).
