CAREFULLY READ and make sure you understand our shop FAQ's + guidelines HERE .  Please read these guidelines carefully. As a shop artist, you are responsible for understanding our process, your obligations, and how the shop works.
Our shop is nearly full. We’ll thoughtfully review each new application, and if your work fills a unique niche we don’t currently have, we’d love to consider it. Otherwise, we’ll place you on a waitlist and keep you posted as space opens up.
Four-Month New Artist Review
All new shop artists begin with a four-month introductory placement. After four months, MWCA will review the placement based on sales, inventory freshness, presentation, price point, seasonal appeal, and overall fit within the shop.
If the work is selling well and remains a good fit, the placement may continue. If sales are slow, we may suggest adjustments to help improve visibility or appeal. If there are few or no sales, or if the work is not the right fit at that time, MWCA may ask the artist to pick up their inventory so we can keep the shop fresh and make room for additional artists.
This review is part of maintaining a healthy, curated shop and is not a reflection of the artist’s talent or worth.

• alignment with our local community’s interests
• and to ensure a balanced variety that complements, rather than duplicates, what we currently offer
