Please attach or send in your current vaccination records. All dogs MUST be current on Rabies vaccinations. If participating in socialization, impulse control, or reactivity training, you must send full vaccinations: Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, and a negative Fecal sample.
