Request for Proposal (RFP)

for Leadership Northeast (LNE) Class of 2024 Community Impact Projects
Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the Leadership Northeast 2024 Core Program. Your proposal will be submitted to the class for consideration as a Community Impact Project. Projects must have a reasonable scope and budget and cannot include capital campaigns or raising large sums of money. They should be completed between the time frame of October, 2023 and May, 2024. There is no minimum fundraising requirement for Leadership participants, however Core program participants are restricted to raising no more than $5,000.00/project. In-Kind donations are not considered within that restriction. The Class of 2024 will choose their projects in October 2023, but there is no guarantee your RFP will be chosen.

Please note that preference will be granted to organizations and community groups that were not project recipients in 2023.

As a benefiting organization of an LNE project, you agree to provide the necessary support and resources required to successfully complete the project. Teams are to meet early on with their benefiting organization to fully understand the scope and outcomes of the project. After identifying mutually agreed upon terms for the project and reviewing this proposal, both parties should sign, date, and keep a copy. This will serve as a project 'contract' and allow parties involved to stay on track. It is imperative that all parties be totally committed to the project.

Please provide a brief description of your organization.
Please provide a full description of your proposed project. Specifically, what will the Leadership Northeast team be responsible for? What will they create or complete? What tasks and skills are necessary to complete the project? Note: projects are more than a good community service project; they must encompass organizational, leadership, and networking skills.
