      ANTI-HARASSMENT

WSM is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from discrimination. In keeping with this commitment, we will not tolerate any form of harassment against our employees, vendors, or customers. All customers are expected to avoid any behavior or conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as unlawful harassment of customers or persons, who are involved with the Adult and Dislocated Worker Program.

Harassment consists of unwelcome verbal, physical, or visual conduct that is based on a person's protected status, such as gender, color, ethnicity, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, citizenship status, or other protected groups status. Harassment includes conduct that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual because of his or her protected status or that of his or her relatives, friends, or associates. Sexual harassment deserves special attention. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other physical, verbal or visual conduct based on sex may constitute sexual harassment.

If you feel that you have experienced or witnessed harassment, you are to notify the Director of this program immediately, who will take steps to ensure that your report is properly investigated. There will be no retaliation against anyone for reporting harassment, or for cooperating with an investigation of a complaint of
      harassment.
