Location Site Descriptions

1. Entrance Site (Unlimited): This site is located between the High Challenge Course and the St. Noel Center, where check-in will be held, and will be passed by every person entering the festival. This location will be used for banners and advertising materials only. Vendor will need to provide advertisement materials and items to secure/set-up such materials. ($10/advertisement)

2. Parking Lot Site (up to 10 Available): These sites are located on the far East side of the Main Parking Lot past our flag poles. These locations do not have access to power – generators are only allowed at these sites. Vendor will need to provide their own tent and tables. This location will be used for any self-contained operations [such as trailers/RVs/Food Trucks] and all other food vendors. ($15 site fee)

3. LeCoeur Site (6-7 Available): These sites are located in the heart of the Main Area, near the Trading Post and other activities being provided by Camp Ondessonk. These locations have access to power outlets. Vendor will need to provide their own tent, comes with a table and bench. ($15 site fee)

4. Original Dining Hall Site (7-8 Available): These sites are located within the Old Dining Hall, a screened-in building with concrete floors, in the Main Area. These sites have access to power outlets. No tents are required, or allowed, in this area, comes with a table and bench. ($20 site fee)
